I just have registered here and I can't download the game. 
I think I'm a little bit late, so I'm curious if this server is still online.

No, sadly. The server has not been up for quite some time now (approximatly 6-7 months), And there is no sign that it will be coming back. . the best thing to do is to keep up to date with the news on the website - like I am- and carrying on from there.
