A few other friends of mine and myself had experienced a problem where when we opened the client and doubleclicked the game file to play, a window would pop up talking about an ogre problem and it wouldn't let you play the game. I discovered, and it worked for my friends too, that all you have to do is right click the game file and run it as administrator then it should work ^-^
Edit: You could also take the ITTR folder out of Program Files and place it onto your desktop, this way you wont have to run it as admin.
