Have you tryed using a different sourse like FireFox or the Internet Explorer?
If the game download still doesnt work try using a different computer if you can.
If you only tryed to download the Installer try doing the Zip. It make take another minute or two but its worth every minute

The game isn't currently online, but we are trying out best to find a new server host to help us in getting ITTR up and running again.

I'm having this same issue. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. They're all saying that the page could not be loaded. Is there another way to download it or can someone help me? I've tried the zip ,as well, for all.
