Mind giving a little help?

I start up the game as I normally would but when I start up my character it says "Our connection has failed :c"
Did I do something wrong, is it just a simple mistake, Is the server offline, Did I forget to run it as Administrator?
I moved the files out of Local dive>Program files to just the local dive. I made a Icon for the game...So yeah, Please get back to me as soon as you can

I know your question has already answered but I just wanted to give you some more info, to prove what a wierdo I am! :3

The server has been down since last year (6-7 months) and there is no sign of it coming back. like I have said to others, Keep up to date with the forums and news parts and carry on from there.
